David has over 26 years experience as a lawyer with a focus on providing business law services to entrepreneurs and growth stage businesses. This has included acting as in-house corporate counsel, advising on the purchase and sale of businesses, strategic alliances, joint ventures and financings.  He has acted for numerous immigrant entrepreneurs to help them structure and protect their business interests in Canada.

 

From 2014 – 2016, David was registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Indonesia with a prominent Jakarta law firm.  He maintains an association with Situmorang & Partners in Jakarta as an international advisor so that he can continue to advise Canadian clients seeking to invest in Indonesia through direct operations, acquisitions or joint ventures with local partners.
