David Harrison
David's business experience in both start up environments allows him to to truly understand the entrepreneur’s point of view and so provide practical legal advice from a business perspective.
David has experience in corporate finance, software development and technology development. He has a special interest in renewable energy and water treatment technologies. David acts as corporate counsel for a variety of immigrant entrepreneurs in Canada as well as for Canadian companies seeking to expand in international markets.
David was called as a lawyer in BC in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Ottawa in 1989 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 1994.

Allison Crane
Allison has been practicing as corporate counsel since 2000. She spent 7 years as Senior Legal Counsel at Weyerhaeuser, which was at that time a Fortune 100 international forest products company. For the past 4 years she has provided corporate counsel services for the clients of Intermark.
Allison completed her Business degree with a major in Finance at the University of Manitoba in 1992 prior to completing her law degree at University of Windsor in 1996. She then articled at Fraser Milner Casgrain and was called in 1997 and continue to work at FMC until joining Gowlings Lafleur Henderson in 1999.
She has experience in many areas of law including corporate, contracts, acquisitions and divestitures, employment, labour, litigation, insurance, privacy, real estate and construction and environmental.
Allison has been an active member of the Corporate Counsel section of the Canadian Bar Association and is presently part of the Corporate Counsel executive.
